“Severance of 3 Lots
We have recently been notified by the municipality that the 3 Lots are severed, are now entirely separate properties and are available for immediate sale. The Estate has reached a Development Agreement with the Municipality, which will now maintain the road, keeping it open for the entire year.
Sale of ‘Tom’s Point’ property will complete very shortly. Hydro installation will begin shortly. The installation of broadband in Fall 2008-9 is also underway.
There is continued interest in the 2 remaining properties, with viewers worldwide.”

“As usual we are receiving visits from many parts of the world, friends, and relatives enjoying the long afternoons the tranquility and the afternoon sun. The usual residents, eagles, loons, woodpeckers, and merganzers continue on their business, each working to their own rhythms.
The deer and eagles seem to be taking the changes in their strides. The fledglings are flying and the deer are as plentiful as ever. The road has been completed to the main highway, the new signs are in place, and each Lot is well set out, yet agreeably hidden from view from the road. Traffic can come in for about 3 miles from the main Highway 71 yet it remains agreeably light.
We are pleased that the white pine, spruce and major trees are prospering, while oaks, ash, birch, and poplar appear as verdant as ever and the views from the road remain as spectacular as ever, especially where it skirts the hill and overlooks the Bay.
We welcome the two new residents to the Estate, and trust that they will grow to enjoy its many qualities in comfort, sharing our tranquility. We look forward to welcoming a final two - to occupy Lobstick Bay View and Overlooking the Past.”
